Build confidence and improve your skills with private swim lessons at the Palm Desert Aquatic Center. With one-on-one instruction from experienced swim instructors, each lesson is tailored to the swimmer’s age, ability, and goals. Whether you’re learning the basics, working on stroke technique, or you simply want to feel more comfortable in the water, our private lessons provide focused attention in a supportive environment.
Rec Swim Team will return in early 2026, after the pump room renovation project is completed. This is a fun, social, engaging program that promotes swimming as part of a healthy lifestyle, while refining stroke technique on all major competitive strokes. It is also a bridge to competitive swim clubs and swim teams!
The Summer session schedule is Monday – Thursday from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM or 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM for those ages 8-17 years old. There is limited space, so call the pool at 760-565-7467 or contact us today!
Note: A swim evaluation must be passed prior to registration and participants must know the basics of freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly.
